The American Academy for Education, Languages, and Training is hiring a new admin (Education Programs Assistant)
Must be able to meet and speak with people.
Must speak English and Arabic.
Must be able to write well in Arabic.
Must make and take phone calls.
Must send and answer emails.
Must coordinate with the graphic designer.
Clarification: This is not sales in the practical, traditional sense. I just need someone in Ramallah who is better at Arabic than I am in order to do whatever it takes to put students in seats in my English classes. It's part sales (writing ads in Arabic, coordinating with a graphic designer, posting online in various places, calling and persuading potential clients/students) and part admin (getting clients' schedules, matching them to mine and the other classes, etc.) I teach a lot and I need more time to focus on lesson planning, grading, and actual teaching, but advertising my classes takes me too much time, especially because writing in Arabic is difficult for me.
